What is Psychotherapy and what can it offer?

Psychotherapy is a joint process which allows a person to gain a more fuller understanding of their abilities, difficulties, motivations or worries with a therapist.

This confidential relationship allows the client to look at problems that may have developed over their lifetime particularly at time of stress or crisis.

Core Process Psychotherapy is an approach which tries not to lead the client, but to carefully follow and support the client in an exploration of how they are moving towards self acceptance.

The approach is informed through Mindfulness practice, helping the client and the therapist to be in the present moment.
